How do I request a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

How do I delete my account and data?

To request deletion of your account and all associated data (including audio recordings and progress data), email us at jackmitchell2398@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

Is my audio data private?

Yes. Your audio recordings are processed solely to generate your speaking scores. We do not share your recordings with other users or use them to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
