Who We Are
Data Controller: Magnetic. If you are in the EEA/UK, Magnetic is the controller of your personal data when you use the Services. You can contact us at jackmitchell2398@gmail.com.
Information We Collect
- Account Information: email address, name or nickname, profile preferences, and communications you send us.
- Audio Recordings: voice recordings you submit during speaking challenges. These are transcribed and analysed by AI to generate performance scores. Recordings are stored securely and used solely to provide the scoring service.
- AI-Generated Data: speaking scores (clarity, confidence, pace, presence, charisma), XP, level progression, and AI feedback generated from your recordings.
- Usage Data: app interactions, feature usage, diagnostic events, crash logs, and performance data.
- Device and Technical Data: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, approximate location (derived from IP), identifiers (e.g., IDFV), and referral information.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies on our website to remember preferences and measure traffic.
AI Processing
We use artificial intelligence to analyse your speaking recordings and generate performance metrics. Your audio is transcribed and scored to provide you with feedback. We do not use your recordings or transcripts to train our AI models. AI processing is performed by third-party providers under contract who are bound by data processing agreements.

In-App Purchases and Payments
Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple via App Store in-app purchases, managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple's and RevenueCat's processing is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. For subscription management, refunds, and billing issues, please use Apple's subscription settings on your device.
Sharing of Information
- Service Providers: hosting (Supabase), AI processing, subscription management (RevenueCat), analytics, and customer support vendors under contract.
- Legal and Safety: to comply with law, respond to legal requests, or protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
International Data Transfers
We may transfer, store, and process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect your data.

Do Not Track
